Timeline
Deletion runs on the date in the email unless the suspension has been lifted by then, so appeal early — see Appealing.
While an application is blocked
The blocked application stays stopped. Everything else in the workspace keeps running, but as the workspace owner you cannot:- create a new workspace,
- start a free trial,
- create a free resource,
- hand the workspace over to another account.
Suspension
Seven days after the block, a workspace with an application that is still blocked is suspended. We can also suspend a workspace for abuse directly; the same rules then apply.- Everything is stopped: every application, database and service in the workspace. The blocked application is kept, so it can be restored if your appeal is upheld.
- Your subscription ends with the paid period. It does not renew, and a free trial ends without being charged. It cannot be resumed while the suspension lasts, and paying an invoice does not lift a suspension for abuse.
- Your other workspaces keep running.
Deletion
Seven days after the suspension, everything in the workspace is deleted: resources with their applications, databases and services, static sites, buckets and private networks. Private networks are removed step by step, so they can take a few more minutes to disappear. The workspace itself stays suspended. Deleted data cannot be recovered, and unused subscription time is not refunded — see Refunds. On an Enterprise plan the workspace is suspended in the same way, but its subscription and its contents are handled under your agreement rather than deleted.
Appealing
If you believe the block is a mistake, reply to the block email, contact support@miget.com, or reach us on Discord. Do it before the deletion date in the suspension email. If the appeal is upheld:- We lift the suspension once no application in the workspace is still blocked.
- Nothing is deleted.
- Applications are not started automatically. Start them again from the dashboard.
- A subscription that was set to end is not resumed automatically. Contact us about it when you appeal.
